We believe fair is fair and all of our customers are treated the same.  Policies help protect you and protect us.  They are in place to make sure everyone receives the same stellar customer service and attention.

We do check our email several times a day.  Between Friday 5 pm EST-Sunday 8am EST we return emails sporadically.  This allows us to focus on our 2 busiest shipping days.

Canceling a Order-Making Changes- Returns

Canceling a Order
Once a order is placed it cannot be canceled.  We begin your order once it is placed.  While it may not have reached the production state it has already been sent thru our system and the process has begun.  

Please make sure your orders are correct before placing them. 

Rejected delivery on orders will not be canceled or refunded. 

Changing a Order
After your order has been placed more than likely we cannot make changes to it.  If you do have a question or inquiry on a change please send us a email to leatherquillshoppe@gmail.com and we will see if we can make the change.  

Changes depend on where your order is at in our process and order volume.  

We cannot grant change requests repeatedly.  Once a order has been changed we cannot make additional changes. 

Order Concerns
If you feel your Leather Quill order is incorrect or you have a question please email us at leatherquillshoppe@gmail.com.   Leather is a natural material and we may not replace items with concerns that are reported after 3 days of delivery. Replacement and refund decisions are case by case.

The Leather Quill Shoppe reserves the right to include a 20% restocking fee for a return and if return request is granted, it will provided in the form of a STORE COUPON to the shop. However, our policy is to not accept returns as our website provides measurements and details in each listing.

Returns:
We do not accept returns.  

Rejected delivery on orders will not be canceled or refunded.  

Please verify your sizes, colors and add on options before placing your order.

Processing Time

Processing times are shown in listings. 

Leather Quills- 3 to 4 weeks or 30 days. Please allow a couple additional days if add on items are purchased.

Quick Ship Items- 24-48 hours.  

Gem Leather Quills Removed from the site

Full Custom Leather Quills (branding, images, misc custom orders) 4 to 6 weeks

Processing times are a guideline.  While we try to ship between these times if we need a extra day or so to complete your order to make it perfect we will take the time. 

Shipping

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday.  Once a label is printed please allow 24-48 hours for USPS to update the tracking information.  We live in a very small town with a very small USPS.  We drop our orders off at 2:45 pm daily.  

First Class Mail with tracking can take between 3-14 days for delivery.  If your item is not delivered by USPS or delivered to the wrong address please contact USPS directly.  We are not responsible for USPS errors.  Once a order ships we will not process refunds for USPS errors.  

Priority Mail with tracking can take 2 to 10 days for delivery.  If your item is not delivered by USPS or delivered to the wrong address please contact USPS directly.  We are not responsible for USPS errors.  Once a order ships we will not process refunds for USPS errors.  With Priority Mail you will need to contact USPS to file a claim.  

International Orders are sent via International First Class with customs tracking.  Delivery times will vary.  Once a item is picked up by USPS we are no longer responsible.  If a item is not delivered or delivered incorrectly you will need to contact your local delivery service. 

We will always step in to help with delivery issues as time allows but we are not responsible for refunds or replacements in the event of a USPS error or international shipping error.

Fees

Customs fees, shipping fees and any additional fees/taxed are the responsibility of the buyer.
